Aureliusz Formela 

Aureliusz Formela has more than 28 years of professional experience in operating, maintaining cranes and managing teams of crane operators. He is highly skilled in all aspects (recruitment, sourcing, construction and ongoing maintenance) of crane related projects globally. 

His experience spans over a range of international companies delivering successful projects in ports and floating platforms all over the world; Poland, Turkey, Trinidad and Tobago, Ukraine, Germany, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Spain, Greece, Italy, Mauritania, Morocco, USA, Martinique, Curacao, Guadeloupe, Guyana, French Guyana, Vietnam and more.

He is capable in managing all the complex issues of delivering crane projects, working with a team and maintaining the ongoing infrastructure in an efficient and revenue generating fashion. 

He is fluent in Polish and English. 

Where we began...

ARFOR was formed by the Formela brothers in 2021. After a long stint in Trinidad and Tobago Aureliusz returned to Poland during the Covid 19 period. With limited work, decided to join skills with his brother Pawel and the company was formed.

Where we are headed...

With the plethora of knowledge between the Formela brothers, they have accepted more consultation and educational roles in recent years. ARFOR's hope is to open an educational leg of the company in coming years.
